Welcome, Prisoner6! 

This mean our awesome little city has reached 40 citizens! We've grown quite a bit in the past year and can hopefully maintain the balance between being small enough to all know each other but big enough to have several players on at any time.

I'm pretty sure Prisoner 6 needs to be living on an island somewhere ... monstrous weather balloons optional.

In the mean time, I'll just settle for the cubboard under the stairs while I co-habbitate with Ruchmore. (How's that for mixing pop-culture references?)
